We are located at Lake Concow Campground, Butte Co, California
Lake Concow Campground is in the low foothills of the Sierras, just off Highway 70 between Oroville and Quincy. It’s a splendid fit for Buckeye: open spaces on a floor of conifer needles among the tall trees, a large open field, a beautiful lakefront, and a creek running right through a series of traditional structures. Our habit of building from local, natural materials matches the pre-existing bark & tule tipis, earthen sweatlodge, and large roundhouse. We found Lake Concow through friends, and have begun a fruitful relationship with the current collective of owners, who are excited to host Buckeye.

Our village is ever evolving. This was last years version. There may be slight changes this year.
I have previously contacted you regarding my desire to attend the Buckeye Gathering with my Son, Kerry Jr., my Daughter-in-Law, Gabriella and my Grand Son Kerry, III. I had made the request to bring my 17# dog and was informed that only service animals are accepted with their owners.
My dog has been a very important part of my healing process after losing my Wife and I really want to keep her with me, if possible. I do understand your “Service Only” policy for a person attending that requires a service dog. My need is simply a psychological partnering with my dog as a part of my life now at 80 years old.
I want to inform you that I now have the option, after contacting the Concow Partners, of camping at the RV site away from the Buckeye Gathering. I certainly want to inform you that, if I decide to do the separate camping, I would pay for that campsite as well as the Sr. cost for the Buckeye Gathering. I don’t want to create a problem for all of you so your response, regarding this option, would be appreciated.
Respectfully,
Kerry Douglas Stiles, Sr.
Please let me know the cost. I work as a docent with Dino Labiste ,kindly let me know what dates he will be teaching.
