~ Important directions ~ 

Choose only one ticket type and price.  Convert current price shown to ‘choose option’ to make other ticket types active. Then choose the ticket and price you want. All other unchosen ticket types should say ‘Not a…’.  You may have to change the ‘choose option’ ticket to ‘Not a…’.  When that is done, the ‘add to cart’ button will become active.  At this point, to the left of ‘add to cart’, you can choose multiples of the chosen ticket type, for example if there are multiple adults in your party paying the same price.   After you press ‘add to cart’ to finish and pay, press ‘view cart’ at the top.  Thanks!

Traditional Animal Processing

Students will to learn to slaughter, skin, eviscerate, butcher and cook a medium sized animal (such as a sheep or goat) in a traditional way, using little more than one’s knife in the process.  The instructor will lead processing the first animal for the first two days & then the students will process a second animal using what they have learned ….with help and questions answered as needed.  This extended workshop that combines the primary and the advanced workshops and gives a chance to test knowledge and reinforce learning by exploring the process independently (but supported) is an extraordinary opportunity.
